Support need to improvePros:It proved very easy to use. The clear-cut interface provides a real-size iPod image so you can see what videos will look like on its tiny screen. The conversion process couldn't be simpler. After selecting one or more files, you simply click the Convert button. Under the Advance button you'll find parameters such as resolution, frame rate, and output quality. Conversion speed and quality were good.
Cons:Their tech support seem like non-existant.They will not respond to support emails. |
